When you need a specialist, your BeWell team finds the right one — not just the first one with availability. We send the records, write the referral context that helps them help you, handle the prior authorization, and follow up on what they say. When you need imaging, we get it ordered and read, and we sit down with you to walk through the results. When you need a hospital follow-up, we already have the discharge summary before you walk in. When something doesn't get done, we chase it.
Your membership also opens up our extended network — registered dietitians, behavioral health specialists, personal trainers, holistic practitioners, and physical and occupational therapists. The people who help with the parts of your health that live outside a typical clinic visit. We make the introductions. We coordinate the schedules. We keep the picture connected.

We start by mapping your full care picture — every specialist you see, every medication you're on, every condition being managed, every test or referral that's been sitting in your inbox. Bring whatever you have. We'll piece it together from there.
Building Your Plan
We identify what's overdue, what's missing, what's redundant, and what needs better coordination. We make the calls, send the records, get the prior authorizations moving, and bring in the specialists, dietitians, or therapists who should be part of your care.
Starting Together
We sit down with you to walk through everything that's been set up, scheduled, and submitted on your behalf. You leave knowing exactly what's happening, who's involved, and what to expect next.
Staying With You
Things will come up. Imaging gets denied, specialists go on leave, a new symptom needs a new referral. Whatever it is, you call us. We handle it — and we keep you in the loop the whole way through. One call. We do the rest.

Every BeWell member gets the same priority access to our team — direct messaging, easier scheduling, and the wellness support that keeps your health journey on track between visits. In person or via telehealth, wherever you are.
Most member messages get a real-time response during business hours, with after-hours messages answered first thing the next morning. We're working to expand to 24/7.

Is there a contract?
BeWell Health memberships start with an initial three-month commitment, then you can cancel anytime — no long-term contract.
