Your BeWell team handles the whole lifecycle. Getting you started on the right medication, at the right dose, with realistic expectations of what it should and shouldn't do. Finding the most affordable version available — generic, manufacturer program, GoodRx, Mark Cuban's Cost Plus, whatever gets the price down. Coordinating delivery to your door, or to the pharmacy you already use. Reviewing the whole list every visit, looking for duplications, interactions, or things you no longer need.
If you're on multiple medications from multiple providers, we'll be the one team that sees the full picture. We talk to your specialists. We send the records. We chase the prior authorization. We follow up when the pharmacy says they didn't get the order, again.
You should never have to call us about a refill twice. You should never get a prescription whose price surprises you at the counter. You should never wonder if the pill you're taking is still the right one. That's the bar.

We start with a full medication review — every prescription, supplement, and over-the-counter you're taking, plus what's worked, what hasn't, and what costs have been getting in the way. Bring your bottles. We'll go through all of it.
Building Your Plan
We look for duplications, interactions, and prescriptions you no longer need. We hunt down the most affordable version of every medication — generic, manufacturer program, discount card, switching pharmacies. And we coordinate with any specialists involved so the whole list works together.
Starting Together
We sit down with you to walk through your simplified medication list — what you're taking, what it does, what to watch for, and how refills will work going forward. You leave with a plan you understand and a team that's already handling the rest.
Staying With You
Refills get processed before you run out. Cost-saving alternatives get flagged when they appear. We coordinate delivery to your door or your pharmacy of choice. And every visit, we review the full list again — because what's right for you today might not be what's right next year.

Most member messages get a real-time response during business hours, with after-hours messages answered first thing the next morning. We're working to expand to 24/7.
