Is there a contract?

BeWell Health memberships start with an initial three-month commitment, then you can cancel anytime — no long-term contract.

The BeWell Membership is not insurance and does not cover medical services.

    Onboarding

    Your BeWell journey starts with a welcome session. We get to know you, your goals, and your lifestyle, set up your communication preferences with the team, and walk you through everything your membership unlocks. Any clinical care during this period — like a New Patient Visit — is scheduled separately and billed to your insurance or as cash-pay.

    Your First Care Visit

    Your first comprehensive care visit is the foundation of your personalized health plan, covering medical management, nutrition, lifestyle, and whatever else is relevant to you specifically. Like all clinical visits, it's billed through your insurance or as cash pay.

    Ongoing Care, Made Easier

    Members have direct access to the team between scheduled visits. That means quick messaging for questions, easy access for follow-ups, and the kind of close monitoring that lets us adjust your plan as your needs change.
